How to Manage Your Subscription

The link to manage your subscription can be found either in the original subscription confirmation email, or in the regular reminder emails sent a few days before each shipment is due.


Using this link you have the option to

- Skip
- Cancel
- Pause
- Remove items from grouped subscriptions
- Update delivery details
- Update payment details


How to Cancel Your Subscription

If you need to cancel:

  • Go to “My Subscriptions”

  • Click “Manage Subscription” next to your active subscription

  • Scroll down and select “Cancel Subscription”

  • Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation

You'll receive a confirmation email once done. No further charges will apply if your next billing cycle hasn’t started.

💡 Prefer a pause instead?
You can skip a shipment or change your delivery date anytime — just as effective, less final.
